Four EDS staff members and 12 volunteers will utilize two canteen trucks and two ATV’s to provide hydration and food at the law enforcement’s staging area at the Mann Center in West Fairmount Park, and at the intersection of 22nd and Hamilton Streets.

The NFL Draft is set to draw an upwards of 200,000 spectators and temperatures in Philadelphia are forecast to have highs in the 80’s, which according to The National Weather Service is 20-degrees above normal for this time of the year. Staying hydrated will be vital to maintaining the health and wellness of law enforcement officers and municipal employees at the event.
